What is your refund policy?

We offer refunds or replacement of goods or products found defective or damaged upon delivery, provided that such requests are raised to us within 6 months of receiving said goods. To initiate a cancellation, refund, or replacement request, please email service@twoplusfertility.com along with your order ID. We will send you a form to be filled out.
