What if I’m not home when the food is delivered?

We highly encourage you to be home during the specific time slots for deliveries as it is best to keep the meals refrigerated at or below 4°C to ensure food safety and freshness.

In the event that this is not possible, please indicate your delivery request in advance under the delivery remarks section on the check-out page before payment. If there are any changes in your delivery requests after you’ve submitted your order, please send in your updated request by filling out our update request form as soon as you can. All delivery updates made after our cut-off timing for the week cannot be guaranteed, but our team will do our best to assist and accommodate your request.
