Not at all. In fact, it is specially designed to be used while you’re having sex. The Sperm Guide’s flap is smooth and flexible, allowing the penis to glide easily over it during penetration. If you would like to make inserting the Sperm Guide easier, simply add more of the included Conceive Plus Fertility Lubricant. Using it for the first time might take some getting used to, but it’ll only get easier with time!
