The Sperm Guide and the Applicator Extra are two different products that help to improve the likelihood of a successful pregnancy. We wouldn’trecommend using the Applicator Extra with the Sperm Guide as they both serve different purposes.
The Sperm Guide is an at-home conception kit that helps retain sperm closer to the cervical opening post-sex. Meanwhile, the Applicator Extra is a self-insemination syringe that transfers semen into the vaginal tract.
Ideally, the Sperm Guide and the Applicator Extra should be used separately. You can use the Sperm Guide with your partner during intercourse or self-inseminate with the Applicator Extra if you prefer not to have sex. That said, you can use both the Sperm Guide and the Applicator Extra during your fertile window. For example, you can alternate between the Sperm Guide on days that you have sex with your partner and the Applicator Extra on days when intercourse isn’t an option.
