Missing the first pee of the day can slightly impact the accuracy of your ovulation tracking results.
However, not all is lost! You can still test later in the day, preferably after holding your urine for at least 4 hours. Do note that the LH surge leading to ovulation can vary throughout the day, so morning tests remain the optimal time for accurate results.
