Each 1-cycle Applicator Extra kit comes with 3 single-use devices. We recommend using the Applicator a few times during your fertile window each cycle (ideally 3!) as this helps to maximize your chances of sperm meeting the egg.
On average, your fertile window is around 5 to 6 days leading up to the day of your ovulation. You can more accurately track your ovulation by using an ovulation test kit.
