How long do I need to wait before removing the Applicator after self-insemination?

If you’re using the Applicator only, you can remove it once you have self-inseminated. If you’re using the Applicator Extra, you can remove the Applicator once you have self-inseminated, but leave the Soft Tip inside you for up to an hour. We’d recommend leaving it for 1 hour to maximize your chances.
